What is routine maintenance?
Routine maintenance are scheduled services for deep cleaning, refinishing, or warranty support of the building structure, furniture, fixtures, and cleaning of equipment.
How do we schedule routine maintenance?
Your Oneliance regional manager will recommend routine maintenance based on your building’s use, condition, and warranty. Supplemental cleaning will be set by that scope. Your manager can give quotes for extra services as needed.
Is routine maintenance included in our janitorial services contract?
Routine maintenance goes beyond daily janitorial work. It uses specialized tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals and requires additional labor. You can add it to your contract or price it separately.
How do you ensure safety onsite?
We take safety seriously. We have dedicated HS&E managers who oversee all safety operations, training, and support documentation for hand-off. Every Oneliance employee on-site received comprehensive safety training, managers are OSHA 10/30 certified, SDS sheets provided, all activities logged, PPE and risk mitigation techniques are deployed.
How does routine maintenance affect warranty work for furniture, fixtures, and equipment?
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) contribute to the overall value of your building. Most FF&E products embed care and maintenance clauses within their warranty. Routine maintenance records can support a warranty claim.
